Women in Meat Industry Awards 2025 now open for nominations

The annual Women In Meat Industry Awards campaign is now fully underway and is offering the opportunity for companies and individuals across the meat and food industry to nominate candidates.

All winners will be revealed at a 5-star ceremony and dinner later this year, which once again is taking place at the prestigious Royal Lancaster Hotel, London on the evening of Friday 21st November.

Impressionist Rory Bremner will co-host at the awards presentation ceremony together with actor, broadcaster and writer Julie Peasgood.

Nomination Process

The online nomination process is open until Friday 27th June. After this initial deadline the selected finalists will go through to the online voting stage of the awards.

The coveted overall Meat Businesswoman of the Year recipient will be chosen from one of the category winners by a judging panel and recent winners of this top award are:

Editor of Meat Management magazine Gwen Mostyn, who organise the initiative commented: “This is your opportunity to put forward those special people that you consider to be outstanding and worthy of recognition.

“With the 2025 campaign now underway, the industry can nominate individual candidates across a range of categories. You might nominate one person or several, the main thing is to get those names put forward as soon as possible.”
