British Butchery Shines at Inaugural British Butchery Awards
The finest talent in British butchery was celebrated in style last night (Monday 30th June) as National Craft Butchers hosted the first-ever British Butchery Awards at a glittering black-tie ceremony at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel.
Bringing together leading figures from across the meat industry – from master butchers and young butchers to independent shop owners and suppliers – the event marked a major milestone for the sector, shining a spotlight on the innovation, and the enduring value of traditional butchery skills in a modern market.
