Craft Butcher LIVE 2025 – the Event of the Year for Craft Butchers

If Monday, 30^th June 2025 isn’t already in your diary make a note now – for this is the date when the very first Craft Butcher LIVE takes place, and it’s an event not to miss.

Building on the success and positive feedback from previous Member’s Days, Craft Butcher LIVE promises to be bigger and better, bringing together everything members love about their Craft Butcher magazine in one place.

On this day NCB members and craft butchers from all around the country will gather in Nottingham for an action-packed day, which we’re sure will leave you buzzing with ideas and enthusiasm.

After the AGM, where you’ll get to hear about what we deliver on your behalf as well as get a glimpse of future plans, the day really steps up another gear. Here’s a taster of what you can expect:

• Demonstrations by meat industry specialists
• Meet the Expert sessions – informative talks by some of our expert magazine contributors on the topics that matter to you
• Supplier showcase stands – your opportunity to meet some of the butchery industry’s best suppliers in person
• Networking with like-minded people – after all, we know that great things happen when butchers get together!
• Complimentary tea, coffee, and lunch
• News and industry updates – for example, we’ll be revealing the results of the Big British Butchers Survey, the most comprehensive and up to date insight on the butchery trade in Britain

And helping take that trade forward into the second half of the 2020’s will be your new NCB National President, Richard Douglas, who will also be formally welcomed into office during the day.

Unlike other food industry events, Craft Butcher LIVE will be exclusively for the craft butcher community, so there’s no fighting through crowds in the hope of finding the one person you wanted to talk to, or stand you wanted to visit. It’s all going to be there, all in one place.

Space is limited though, and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so don’t delay.
