We represent, promote and protect the best interests of our members – providing food safety advice, an accredited Primary Authority scheme, Access to HR support, energy deal brokerage and much more

Together we are stronger- by working together and sharing best practice we aim to protect the future of craft butchers in England and Wales.

NCB are a non-profit organisation, meaning membership fees are re-invested in services to help your business be the best it can be.
